Delicious and fruity blend of Carmelita’s Dark Spiced Rum with apricot liqueur and a splash of dry vermouth.

2oz. Carmelita’s Dark Spiced Rum
1/2oz. Dry Vermouth
shake of Angostura Bitters
1/2oz. Bitter Truth Apricot Liqueur

mix in cocktail shaker and pour into martini glass garnish with apricot slice & cherry

Take It Black


Dark and sweet combination of Carmelita’s Dark Spiced Rum with coffee liqueur, Campari® and chilled espresso coffee.

2 oz. Carmelita’s Dark Spiced Rum
1/2 oz. Coffee liqueur
1/2 oz Campari
1 oz. chilled espresso coffee

Mixed in shaker with ice and strained into a martini glass with a twist of orange rind.

The Classic Daiquiri


The classic, originally a punch, created by an American in Cuba who ran out of gin at a party he was hosting. Named after a beach in Cuba.

2 oz Carmelita’s Fine Silver Rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup

Combine in a shaker filled with ice, strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lime.

The Hemingway Daiquiri


Ernest Hemingway created his own variation of the Daiquiri. He was a diabetic, and the sugar did not agree with his system. To maintain the sweetness, he added grapefruit juice and maraschino liqueur.

2 oz Carmelita’s Fine Silver Rum
.75 oz lime juice
.5 oz grapefruit juice
.5 oz maraschino liqueur
1 lime wheel, for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the lime wheel and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with the lime wheel.

Venus Rising


Refreshing mint and cucumber elements make this mojito the perfect summer cocktail.

2 oz Carmelita’s Fine Silver Rum
1 oz lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
10 mint leaves
2 inch slice of cucumber peel
club soda

In a tall sturdy glass, lightly muddle the cucumber. Lightly bruise the mint leaves in your hand and place them in the glass. Fill the glass with the lime juice, syrup and top with club soda. Garnish with additional cucumber and lime wedges.
